Listening Skills

Listening is the foundation of all communication. Learning to listen is a core skill which everyone should take time to perfect.

This workshop will explore what truly listening really means. It will demonstrate how to listen deeply and ask questions to establish further facts, feelings and emotions.

This will be achieved by :

Understanding the different listening levels

Understanding what it means to listen at depth

Understanding how to hold the space for someone else to talk whilst you listen

Understanding the impact of poor listening

Understanding how to ask effective questions
