Each building block provides 3 hours of high impact training, proven to Inspire, Invigorate and Motivate. Clients can select which building blocks and programmes match their teams exact requirements to create a unique, personalised learning experience. Our programmes run for 1 to 5 days.   • Handling Difficult conversations

  • Presenting Skills / Public Speaking

    Know your subject and audience. Take your time, Use open, friendly body language, Keep it engaging and structured. Make eye contact with your audience, Avoid filled pauses when speaking. Practise, practise, practise.

  • Coaching

    Fully develop a coaching structure that’s clear, concise and guarantee’s results. Using the GROW model, you can hone your skills and empower everyone around you to achieve their full potential by finding their own solutions. Experience the full capability of powerful questioning.

  • Effective interview Skills

    Develop a robust structure through setting clear agenda’s, Icebreakers, competency questions, Active Listening, Communicating clearly, Effective probing, Demonstrating Leadership and management skills. Summarising, Agreeing time frames,

  • Effective Performance Appraisals

    Setting and agreeing SMART goals, Give praise where due and provide constructive feedback where necessary, Delivering effective feedback, Two way conversation, Avoid unnecessary buzz words, Avoid multiple questions, gain commitment.

  • Selling Skills and providing Excellent Customer Service

    Understand your products, services and unique selling points. Build rapport, Understand Customer Needs and Wants, be inquisitive, handle objections, gain trust, be open and honest, sell benefits, action what you promise.

  • Leadership Development

    Understand what leadership means, to you and others. Understand the 5 Powers of Leadership model and how to apply it. Recognise your own leadership style, qualities and strengths. Understand the need for flexibility in leadership and how to achieve it. Know how to define and communicate an inspiring vision. Understand how to use your leadership skills to influence, motivate, inspire and challenge others

Our Methods

Experimental Practise

Experimental practise is a very effective tool to enable us to further develop our skills in a safe and supported environment. Here at The Inspire Company, we use highly experienced actor/coaches and the sessions are always fun, engaging and enlightening.

Forum Theatre

In Forum Theatre, participants perform a short scene based on specific challenges. Observers are encouraged to suggest and enact solutions to the problem in the scene. It highlights sensitive dilemmas in a safe environment and provides positive solutions. It aims to stimulate debate and most importantly develop learning and alter behaviour.

Bespoke Experimental Practise

This is a service that we offer that enables individuals, teams and organisations to create their own scenarios that are unique to their company and business. We work closely along side our clients to create relevant challenges and together find best practise and highlight positive change.

Feedback & Facilitation

Our team are experts in facilitating courses and managing effective, developmental feedback. Clear, concise, evidence based feedback, offered in an unbiased manner is essential for growth.

We use highly skilled, trained Actors to bring the interactive fun alive and it really works. Our team have worked as Actor/Coaches for the last 20 years and are highly experienced and lovely people.

No PowerPoint

We’ve removed PowerPoint from our in-person training courses. We use more creative ways to deliver course content.

We suggest a minimum of 4 delegates on courses and a maximum of 12.
